1. Description

The maximum demand indicator of the series MDI-BD and maximum demand indicator of the series MDI-B will be used to measure of the 5min. or 8min. average values and maximum values of the current. This measurement will be done directly or for large current values with a current transformer (.../5A or .../1A). The present value of the current will be measured of the additional moving iron instrument which is mounted in MDI-BD.

These units are specially suitable to measure values of generators. The measurement signal will be displayed via a non linear scale.
